They modded a LOT!! As you can se, CJ's hands are like they are on a motorcycle and Sonic's feet are moving in a bog circle (like a wheel).

You have to import Sonic from Sonic Heroes. I have no idea how to do this but all I know is that it isn't part of the game.

i have looked at all the cheats and downloads and can't find anything like that so its most probely just a purpose glitch.

they probally made that up there selves and didnt put it on the cheat websites. or they just anamated it so it looks likr=e hes really doing that.
