unless you never installed a filter you don`t need this done.
it seems like a scam to me. your filters clean out dust and debris from the air intake, so why would there be anything in the air ducts to clean out?

if you maintain a clean filter (clean 3-4 times a year) your ducts will stay dust free. if someone in the home has allergies every 2 years is more than enough. dont run furnace or ac while vacuuming or heavey activity in the home to keep ducts clear of unwanted dust particles.

I clean mine every few years myself. They are never that bad, I do it just for peace of mind. I fear a fire someday if I don't.

I do think a responsible owner will at least inspect them from time to time just so you aren't surprised.

I found a woman's old sears card the first time. The grate was put on upside down, the card must have fell off a table and through the slot and was there for God only knows how many years.

Make sure you change your air filter every 6 months to a year. They are cheap.

You don't need your ducts cleaned.

Any material that can become airborne has already been blown out the vents. Any debris that is too heavy to be carried by air isn't going to be blown out the vents.

Unless your air conditioner has a legionella contamination, there is no benefit to duct cleaning.
