If I were to make a choice in this matter - I believe a warmed sniffer of about three fingers of Cognac. Ugni Blanc only. It must be distilled twice in copper pot stills and aged at least 1/2 to 2 years in French oak barrels in order to be called cognac. Now, we're talking smooth.........

I have been trying to get real moonshine for alot of years. no luck. I like a good Scotch though.
