Put them in a cage together. You will know that you were successful when the babies are born! Make sure the dad doesn't eat the babies. Make sure one is male and one is female.

This question shouldn't be in reptiles...maybe general pets...
You should think about some things before you breed hamsters. They have lots of babies, which have to be sexed and separated with in 6 weeks of being born or they will have more babies. They can have up to 22 pups in every litter.
It can get very overwhelming once you let it happen the first time.

if your not a hamster i wouldnt attempt it
