This can not be a serious question surely. I do have a sense of humour but you have not said that you are only joking,
Therefore, just in case, I must point out that even J Ws have a right to the protection of the law and anybody who tells you the answer would be conspiring with you to commit a felony.

I agree with you that electrocuteing them would be fun, but it is also very illegal. My I suggest something better that hits them closer to home. Use this passage from the Bible, Revelations Chapter 6, verse 8. Look it up and you will understand. Then tell them that there soul is next. It works, and the looks on their faces is well worth while.

A telephone system similar to the automated services of today and could be used to great effect by social services...
If you are a muslim trying to claim your free house.. press '1' - (send a high voltage shock, end of problem - less demand on housing thus more affordable housing)
