Have you ever asked someone to leave, Because something they might have said upset you, but you love them so much that in the same moment was desperate to say don't you dare leave? if so were you big enough to say those words?... or did your pride get in the way, and you let them leave?

i'd define it as my ego as what gets in the way, but it's somewhat the same thing. if i do things like that i come to regret them later.
