Well when the government starts delivering what is being done by private companies some one will suffer. So in many cases this is a true statement.

The best way to kill enterprise is to have the government (who cant even balance a checkbook) do it.

If you are talking about cities that setup "city wide" wifi it certainly limits delivery by private companies already delivering service because there just aren't enough channels for everyone!
