Why should you feel like an outsider with your friend ...Cars dont make the person..A friend accepts you the way you are. If your friend cant accept your car then they are not a good friend. A car gets you from point A to B . A friend is one who will be there for you .

It doesn't matter what kind of car you drive, if your friend is a true friend he/she shouldn't care. I'm a young woman who drives a beat up, 16 year old truck. I have more pride in my old clunker than most people have in their fancy new cars because I worked my butt of to earn it. Do something to your car to make it unique, something that makes it special to you, and who cares what your friend thinks. If he/she is so superficial that it affects you friendship, kick them to the curb. I hope this helps. :)
