Yes. There is transportation you can take between Sea World and the Transportation and Ticket Center at WDW. There is a public bus system called LYNX. Link 50 runs between the two parks. It costs $1.50 to ride.

Not that I am aware. I went there 4 years ago and we took a taxi from disney to sea world because I didn't rent a car because I didn't need one on disney property only the day I went to seaworld. It was $50 round trip back then... well worth it!

Transtation? There is a bus sytem in the area. How are you getting to Disney? Car, shuttle, charter bus? Whatever form of transportation you are using to get around the area will get you to Sea World from Disney. Your hotel shuttle is the first place I would check. Car rentals in the area are usually reasonable if preplanned. Enjoy your trip.

There is no monorail if that is what you are thinking of. Each park is owned by different companies so they really aren't in the business of helping each other. Epcot, Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios and the Animal Kingdom are owned by Disney so they have trams all over to each park since they are all related.
