Stretch mark won't go away on their own. Some people are more genetically susceptible to stretch marks than others. For some, moisturizers and abdominal crunches may not always help. However, for many people there are a variety of treatments that do help.

Some will, but others will fade.
The best way to help them go away is to...
1) Accept them
2) Exercise
3) Try Vitamine E oil. After my kid, I put that on my belly and my stretch marks are now virtually invisible! Well, they were until I got pregnant again.

No, they are scars. You can improve the appearance if they are new by using a moisturizer with cocoa butter and vitamin E.
