Exfoliate well. Sugar makes a fantastic exfoliant. Try moisturising with cocoa butter lotions, and take an occasional hot bath with olive oil.

Exfoliate in circles with a pumis stone (you can buy fake ones at drug stores) or use a sugar body scrub. Shave. Use a good moisturizing lotion all over. And repeat for a month every other day with the exfoliating and lotion routine. It takes about a month. After that exfoliate every two or four weeks, whichever is more comfortable to you, to keep it that way. Also, baby oil works wonders! Good luck

try to scrub it with any scrub. apricot scrub is the best. then, moisturize it with any face moisturizing cream. make sure the cream isn't really creammy and stinky, cause if it is really creammy, you could start getting oily oily skin. trust me. that has happened to me. another way u could do this is taking a weekly bath in rose water. it realxes the skin and exfoliates it really well. after patting it dry, then apply any body moisturizer.
And.. VOILA! beautiful skin!
