When erect they look pretty similar. The foreskin slides back. But during sex or masturbation the foreskin slides up and down to stimulate the head of the penis (it's lubricated inside, so no lube is needed for handjobs). It's called the gliding action. You'll see it if you give him a hand job, you just slide it up and down.
Gliding action:

PS. All penises have heads/glans. On an intact guy you just slide it back and it's there.
To the post below, it's moist inside. It actually keeps the head from drying up and forming small cracks. Think of it like your eyelids, they're generally the same tissue, inside and out. Inform yourself before you stereotype with nonsense.

Its different not for you, but for him. Sex will feel better overall for him since an uncircumsized penis has almost 50% more nerve endings. Your nerve endings are all at the surface of the vagina. Anything an inch or more deeper you will not be able to feel anything intense.

I'll put it this way... guys with circumsized penis's have heads, guys who have uncircumsized penis's have skin bunching over the head. My friend who was dating someone with a uncircumsized penis told me how, to her, it was weird and she personally didnt enjoy it. They were just flings, nothing serious. If you care for your boyfriend, it shouldn't matter. Good luck!

Actually, nine out of ten women with experience of both intact and cut penises say that sex is better when the penis is not cut. This site explains why uncut men are preferred by such a large margin: http://www.healthcentral.com/drdean/408/60750.html
But if you love a man, you'll cope even if his parents were uninformed enough that they had him cut. There is more to a man than just a penis!

They just have more skin when flacid. There is nothing wrong with them and actually this is how man was supposed to be. We shouldn't mutilate ours sons. I didn't circumcise my son and would never recommend it. 250,000 nerve endings are severed during circumcision. I knew an adult male at age 20 that had it done and said his sensation was lost afterwards. Embrace that your man is natural and complete.

because the foreskin slides back and forth and holds in more lubrication and an uncircumcised male will give you more pleasure by taking shorter strokes.a circumcised male will pull more lubrication out causing drier sex.
