First of all, you have a solid team. I think between Iguchi, Kearns, and Jackson you'll have a serviceable utility should you decide to trade away Jeter (because Reyes is obviously top notch). If I were to deal Jeter, I'd deal him for either a top catcher (who knows with Piazza) or a top pitcher because you never know what you'll get with pitchers until the season starts.

More importantly, I wouldn't have the time to figure out where you're lacking and which stats you need so much of that could depend on it too. At a glance though, you have a great team. Good luck to you in your league.

If you're an active GM, you should talk fantasy baseball and more at RootZoo.com, a brand new sports talk community built just for fans that gives you free things (tickets and more) just for participating, no strings attached. There are some great fans there even though the site is new, and I think you'll enjoy the level of knowledge you find from fans already on the site. It just launched yesterday and should only continue to grow.

I would trade Jeter 4 a OF and a closer. U could start Iguchi @ 2nd and put Figgins in the OF. U need another big bat

Don't be afraid to trade a 'BIG' name player to fill some holes. Remember this is a TEAM sport. If you can trade away one big name guy to get two or three hole filled, by all means, do it.

You can get a lot for Jeter, trade him, he's overrated.
