Any of the woodwinds are easier to switch to from the saxophone family. Clarinet would be one of the easiest switches, followed by flute and then the double reeds (oboe and bassoon). If you are considering a career in music, I would recommend switching to bassoon as there are many more openings for that position (and fewer applicants) in symphonies than any of the other woodwinds.

A clarinet has basically the same fingerings, just in different keys and stuff. It has a very similar mouthpiece too. But I'm not sure why anyone would want to play the clarinet!

y would u wanna stop playin the sax! thats the best! but if u really dont lyk it that much the drums r easy and flute is kinda lyk sax so it'll b easy 2 pick up

i play the alot and the clarinet i think u should try that cause there kinda the same and yea its the easiest to change to- i think
