Models still look good in regular paparazzi photos. Is this only for lesser known celebrities so people can't tell the extent of editing that took place?

Yes, models do get that much editing.

The celebrities have their make-up done when they go out in public (paparazzi shots). There are some pictures that are taken with out the makeup. These pictures are usually the ones that make it to the front of th National Enquirer, etc.

I think that they do this to everyone all models nobody looks as perfect as they do in magazines, or as skinny. Didn't you see that magazine article a few years ago that they did of Kate Winslet they trimmed her legs down and did a bunch of airbrushing to it and in the end it hardly looked like her. Jamie Lee Curtis did one to and wouldn't let them do any retouching it showed all of her "bad" spots but it was a real picture of a 50 year old female who is in good shape instead of an unreal airbrushed to within an inch of it's life photo that people assume is just a normal photo how they look everyday. These companies like Dove should be commended for this even if it stops one girl from making unhealthy choices about her body and looks it is well worth it.

Yes, they do. If its a magazine cover or something like that, they correct as much as they can....sometimes even when they dont need it.*
