HI JUST THINKING ABOUT WHEN I DID THE SAME THING AND THE ANSWER IS NOT SO EASY.THERE IS ONE OF MANY SOLUTIONS,WHICH ONE WILL WORK WE DONT KNOW.FIRST,CONTACT THE SERVICE PROVIDER THAT SUPPORTS YOUR PHONE MODEL,THEY CAN RESET IT TO FACTORY SETTINGS,I DONT KNOW IF YOU WILL HAVE TO BRING IT TO THEM,YOULL HAVE TO CALL THEM.SECOND,YOU CAN CONTACT THE PHONE MAKER TO SEE IF THEY CAN GIVE YOU THE SOFTWARE TO RESTORE THE PHONE.BUT YOU WILL NEED YOUR COMPUTER AND A DATA CABLE FOR YOUR PHONE.
