Depends where you live and just on your skin itself. Some people can go out in Minnesota in June and tan in a few hours and some people can be in Florida for 2 weeks and barely get a shade darker. Just go out as much as you safely can and do your best.

Getting a tan can give you wrinkles, I saw it on Dr. Phil, he gave a girl who was frequently going to a tanning bed a makeover to predict what she would look like later on in life, and she looked really really bad. If that didn't change your mind about getting a tan, I'll go ahead and answer your question. I don't think it would take very long if you went to a tanning salon, just wear sunscreen because one girl got skin cancer from a tanning bed. Anyway, just be careful.

Not that I am an expert, but, my wife went to the tanning salon to START her tan and then went out in the sun. It sped up the process and she didn't look like she went to a tanning salon. Maybe a couple a weeks or so should work!

i do no longer think of you need to be tanning in any respect. this is totally, very undesirable on your skin. i be attentive to everybody thinks that tan is the recent factor, yet rather, this is merely as undesirable as going to a salon. There are UVA and UVB rays. UVA rays reason wrinkles and early ageing of the exterior, UVB motives maximum cancers. i might recommend merely donning 30 spf sunscreen while you lay out in the solar and reapply each and every hour. you will get tan, merely no longer as at as quickly as as without sunscreen or with tanning oil. merely use a sunscreen that protects you against UVA/UVB rays.

Use a stand up tanning bed....you're less likely to burn and they give you a deeper tan....I also recommend "Tickled Pink" Tanning lotion, it's made by Swedish Beauty. You will usually notice results after the first session.

you have plenty of time. if you go to a tanning salon about twice a week you will notice immediate results. however if you lay out in the sun a few times a week you will see the same results, save money, and go about it a little bit healthier.

belive me, that's plenty of time. go swimming, go to the beach, wears shorts and tank tops and you will be plenty tan by Spetember. Careful in the beging though, if you are really pale you will burn easily.

it takes probably 2 weeks...dont start out on 20 minutes, take your time. start out at maybe 10 or 12 then work your way up.

depends on your skin. tanning may make you look better now but it will make your skin age really fast making you look old. it's not worth it.
