LaluPrasad has presented the rail budget indicating itis people friendly, but if you go in details hehas indirectedly added costinputs on various facilities which were avilable earlier free oron minimal expenses.

It is tricky not people friendly. The railway reservation charges from other than starting station is being charged , Reservation cancellation charges has been increased. The trains which is not super fast is being designated as super fast without any increase in speed and separate charge is being collected for that. The standard of facilities being provided has been lowered. The no of passengers in reserved coaches has been increased causing less space available per passenger. So many points which is hidden and which is claimed as better management.
