Your "resume" at this point will be nothing more than where you've been going to school and perhaps involvement in things such as scouting.

At your age, all they really want to know is three things:

1) Will you show up on time and finish your shift?
2) Will you do the work....or screw around?
3) Are you going to steal stuff?

You don't need to make your resume look good for your first job. Go to the Microsoft templates website:

There you will find templates (that basically tell you what to type in). You don't have to make it look like you've done work things. Just emphasize your school subjects, clubs, sports, and anything else you are interested in (ex: equestrian competitions).

You might also want to emphasize your experience making phone calls, working with people, and typing speed because these things are all important to working a job like that.
