for me, it would be a toss up between the sega saturn and n64, mainly because of the lack of good games that you can play on those consoles

to danny- the reason why i said n64 was because it didn't have as wider range of games as it should. but you are entitled to your opinion of course

i loved the N64! tho i think the sega was on the down hill slide. i dont know what the worst console was, but between saturn an N64 saturn has the bad end of the stick.

nicely there are various. The digital Boy, already suggested right here for glaring motives. i think of the 3DS for the comparable motives because of the fact the digital Boy. The 3DS in basic terms does not do 3-d precise and it could supply people a great headache. and additionally you comprehend a console is fail whilst there's a warning to no longer permit people of a undeniable age play because of the fact it is going to break their sight. The Wii in basic terms does not do it for me the two. Too many kiddy video games, the controls are demanding and not gentle, and the device sells in basic terms because of the fact it comes out with such countless informal video games. there is no longer something incorrect with informal gaming, yet nintendo gets the money despite if the guy in basic terms touches the interest once or twice before struggling with.

You guys are all so lucky, I am old enough to remember the Sinclair ZX80 Spectrum. Was supposed to be a "computer", closest approximation would be a keyboard with some function buttons that plugged into your tv that you could play a couple of games on, like ping pong. Personally I never had one, but those of us who liked playing games, nearly pooed ourselves with joy when the Atari console came out. Consequently, by the time the Sega Megadrive came out in the early-mid 90's, we all thought we had died and gone to heaven. The graphics on that were laughable compared to current graphics, but they were soooo advanced compared to what was around in the early 80's. I have no idea what it best now, they all look awesome to me, but I just have a gamecube, sad I know, but it has all the old retro original Sonic collection that came out with the Sega Megadrive and I'm happy, if I had to upgrade, probably Playstation 3, PS2 was impressive enough. Just thought I'd share some nostalgia with you, give you all a laugh, and if you saw the ZX Spectrum, trust me, you would laugh.

Sorry, but you can't include Commodores & Spectrums in this as neither were dedicated games consoles but (as chronically basic as they were) multi-function computers.
Now that's settled...

I'm going back a fair bit here (only cos I've old enough to remember) but I'd say the worst consoles were Vectrex & the Philips G2000.
Even the original Atari 2600 beat them both hands down for sheer playability!

Personally I had a Commodore 64, and they we're terific in the early 1980's but sad as it may seem I have still got one and occaisionally get it out just for the fun of things... I have now also got a PS2, but I only ever get it out if my neices and nephews come around, you can't beat the good old ones;

If however you want an Xbox 360 for free then click on the link below;

Definately not the N64 it had Goldeneye! I'd say either the saturn or dreamcast, both were terrible.

N64 had some awesome games! Mario, mario kart, zelda, goldeneye, perfect dark for example

Saturn didnt go well, 32x and the Jaguar didn't either

and for the people saying the dreamcast, shame on you! sonic, power stone, re-volt, soul calibur! soul calibur was worth buying the console for on its own
