i have tmobile and motorola razr v3t but i dont know how to put my own ringtones on it from my pc

well if your pc has bluetooth you could bluetooth em other than that your gonnahave to send em by email to that phone...
myxertones.com is a good way,
you can save a clip and then upload it, kinda like youtube
then it will send a txt to your phone
and you can download it
theres no fees except what ever your mobile company charges you to recive a txt and transfer data...

Check out GetRingTonesToday.com. They have great customer service and let you use your own ringtones, I've been with them for awhile and haven't had any problems.
