well depending where it was lost you can try to call the police and fill out a report,if it has something only your psp would have like a mark or name or such things.But if not unfortunatly theres nothing you can really do.theres a website called craigslist.com and you can buy one from there for a fair price.personally i think its better then ebay.good luck
