You know Dr's dont get paid tons of money for nothing. Maybe you should listen to him. And no Vitamins will not help you to conceive. You need to brush up on your spelling first.

You don't really need vitamins because you are young and healthy still. Plus you already have one child so we know you are perfectly able to concieve another. Vitamins take a while to build in your body. But if you are wanting to take something try Evening Primrose Oil (take from the last day of your AF until ovulation, after ovulation you don't need it), or Red Clover I took these supplements which help me concieve when I was trying to get pregnant ... I think, I don't actually know, no one really knows if the vitamins help or not because think of all the people who did not take anything and still fell pregnant. Oh, I also took mucinex 5 days once a day while I was ovulating to loosen the cervical mucus so it could have been that too! Like I said who the hell knows. Try to relax and not think about babies or pregnancy n I guarantee you'll wind up pregnant. Good Luck and Lots n Lots of "baby dust" to you!

prenatal vitamins must be good for you but i don't know If they will help you to conceive. If you already have a child I would think that you should be able to have another without any problems, is your partner the same as when you had your child? The reason I ask is that if hes not the same one then he might be the one with the problems and maybe he should get a fertility test done. Just a suggestion.

Good luck!

Try to take folic acid, it prepares your uterus for a safe place for the baby. Sometimes that helps the egg to attach to the uterine wall :)

Good Luck!

You're not really too young, but you should try to concieve for between 6 months - 1 year before trying drugs and invtro fertilization and all that stuff. Sometimes it just takes a little time to concieve.

Well are you already taking a prenatal vitamin? Have you been tested to see if you are ovulating? Are you having sex when you ovulate? There are a lot of questions that need to be answered first.
