Yes, there are many occurances where women experience this and it causes them a great deal of stress for obvious reasons - but as you must know - its of the greatest importance that you get to a doctor asap just in case. Most of the time its just a freak occurance and means nothing but it it happened to be something different your chances of getting it taken care of safely are best if you get it checked, and as quick as you can to be on the safe side.

I had some light bleeding around 7 weeks. Then about 23 weeks i had some mild cramping. I am now about 25 weeks and everything is still fine. Just make sure that you call your doctor when you get any bleeding or cramping. It might be nothing but might be something else.

It is common to have cramps in the first trimester and some woman bleed a little in the beginning. Each woman is different. Some are considered high risk due to age, prior abortions, difficulty getting pregnant etc.... The cramping should not be that bad unless you have a bladder infection. An untreated bladder infection may contribute in getting a miscarriage. Finally, because each of us a unique and different, I suggest you see your OB-Gynecologist or at least call him/her and expose your concerns and symptoms. I wish you a healthy pregnancy! Take care of both of you.

Yes. This happens to more and more women everyday. Some women bleed just a little, some bleed like a regular period, and some don't bleed at all. But bleeding is normal in the first trimester. After that any bleeding should be reported to your Doctor ASAP.

Can I first say that you need to notify your physician or just head to the hospital. It might not be anything serious, however it is always best to be sure. Now to answer your question, I have seen many patients who are having bleeding/cramping during pregnancy deliver healthy babies at full term. However, I have also seen just as many patients with this problem miscarry. The most important thing to do is go to the hospital. I wish you well!

Yes I had a little cramping and a bit of bleeding early on in my pregnancy, but to be safe I would definitely go to your doctor so he/she can make sure everything is ok. I was very worried, and things turned out fine for me, I hope you have the same results. :)
