My car deck used to play both original and burned CDs. But recently, it started playing original CDs alone, and can't play burned CDs at all.

What is that original CDs have that burned CDs don't? Should I use a different program?

Thanks.

Some of those cd decks do strange things as they age. I have one that will only read half a cd..

Most car decks have trouble playing burned CD-Rs. It usually depends on the brand of CD-R you're using.

I hear that TDK CD-Rs work fairly well. I recommend you burn at 8x or 16x. Any faster could cause trouble, and these days even burning very slowly, for example at 4x, may also cause trouble.
