More geneticists are beginning to conclude that Irish is the same, genetically, as English, do you care?

They aren't the same ethnicity. Ethnic groups are defined by their culture, language and customs. The English aren't Gaelic speakers, nor do they have the same customs.

It matters not a bit to me, but actually the Irish, Welch, Scots,and people on the Isle of Man are ethnic Celts. The vast majority of English people are decended from the Angles, Saxons, Danes, Norsemen. They're all ethnic Germanics.

I'm Irish and I don't care. i consider myself primarily American; as I'm an American citizen.

But i disagree that they are of the same 'ethnic' group. They have different religions and native languages.

Why, If we all came from Africa. The migration patterns are meaningless. Just, the Irish are better and left the failures behind as they took the island.
