I mean don't get me wrong, I am a HUGE sports fan, all sports. I like watching my share of the tournament, but every time I turn on the T.V, more NCAA. The NBA, AFL, Spring MLB all are going on, but the tournament takes up all the sports highlights. Again don't get me wrong, I like CBB, but all day & every channel? Whats going on?

Sorry to say - but it's just that time of the year... MARCH MADNESS!!!
Plus the fact that so many people have money riding on this tournament.. its a popular topic and TV channels just want to get ratings...

Because it's the top sporting event right now.
All of the other sports are either in preseason or haven't reached their playoffs yet. The NCAA tournament is the national championship, so it takes up a lot of airtime.
