When the worst scenario you have mentioned happens. Your next question will be why didn't I tell her parents? The parent surely can find out the same things you have said without divulging the fact that you told. Put your self in your cousins place would you want any of those things happening to you.Even if she finds you ratted her out, saving her from trouble or even saving her life is more important. If nothing else comes from her behavior she is certainly going to have a reputation that will keep the really good guys away.

She's your cousin and family always goes first. Email her a story about someone getting drunk and losing it. Maybe she'll realize what she's been doing to her body. Find a guy her age and send her on a blind date with him. Don't tell her his age though, make her meet him first.

I would'nt worry about going behind her fathers back because he is a lousy excuse for a parent if he is allowing his 13yr old daughter to drink and hang out in the streets. You should report him to children & family services. You also need to talk to her and tell her how concerned you are for her safety.Good Luck..

I think you should get her to sit down and talk with you. Maybe you can find out why she does those things. If it's not a clear answer or any answer at all, get her to see a counseler. Remember to tell her parents gently that their daughter is doing dangerous things, but don't let them get mad at anyone, especially your cousin.
