If you have over 100k miles on it, the best advice is to NOT change it, the tranny fluid has created some deposits around your old seals and in turn, sealed up some potential leaky areas. If you do change it, the new fluid has special chemical agents that will eat away at those deposits and could make your transmission begin to leak. For Honda's, it is never recommended to get a transmission flush, read your instruction manual. The same actually goes with your coolant in the cooling system. Many Honda dealerships do not even offer these services because they go by the books. If you are concerned about it, ask the mechanic to drain whatever comes out when you take off the tranny drain plug, this should equate to roughly 1/3 of your tranny fluid, and then replace it with fresh. Remember, when gauging your tranny fluid level, you must check it within 30 to 45 seconds after the car has been properly warmed up (as in driven to operating temperature) and then get park the car while still running, open the hood, run back, shut off the car and run back to the yellow dipstick and take it out. This is the only true way to measure your fluid level.

By the way, i had 2 91's, both with Autos, I'd question the others responses due to the fact they didn't list what kind of car they had, many domestics actually do call for a tranny flush at certain points.
