Hello,

We have a cat who is companion to my husband.. they are in each other's shadows most of the time. Also 6 chickens who all have names. One is Australorp breed, two are Red hens of the Isa Breed i think I was told, and 3 gray aracana hens also. They are so gorgeous. Love my little ladies. And one Cockateil who is Chirpy and he is the delight of the morning especially. We also have guppies that number too many to count but well over 60. Besides this we live in a tiny country town surrounded by rainforest and we have possums, peacocks, ibis, herons, currawongs, kookaburras, finches, willy wagtails, peewees and magpies. Then there are frogs and geckos and so many butterflies. The Ulysses is very common here. We even have gorgeous moths. I don't know their species or names... I have not been researching but so many glorious designs. We also get snakes. About 4 days ago we rescued a small black snake about 14 inches long, just a baby, put it in a plastic bucket and walked it over the road to the long grass pastures where the cattle graze and released him/her. Insect life abounds here. More beetles than you can imagine and lots of elephant and rhinoceros beetles. Cicadas and cricket and all kinds of things. It is a beautiful place we live. We share our lives with all kinds of wonderful animals. What are your creature friends?

Cheers

Lisa

Four cats. Two are mine. One is my daughter's and one is my neighbours who sends the little girl over for kitty daycare. I also get to tend to 5 sheep, 9 goats, a horse, a pony, 2 donkies, 2 pot-bellied pigs and 2 bunnys once in awhile. I'd have an elephant if I could. Love 'em all.

3 fish, an algae eater, 2 assorted fantail goldfish names Zipper, Princilla, and Sammy. 1 hermit crab named Koza, I love him, he loves crawling around and has only pinched me 1nce, but that time I screamed my dads ears off (I am a teen). 4 cats, 2 from a store 2 tamed by me as kittens and the mother is with my grandma. 2 dogs, one a mother from a rescue shelter, one the son, the mother is a purebred beagle, her son is a cheagle, (chihuahua-beagle). Maybe a bunny along the way.

I have a tan cocker spaniel pup, he'll be10 next month. Im having a surprise party for him. He likes to have his belly scratched and take walks. he is very spoiled and loved very much. he's a sweet dog! I also recently had 2 red ear slider turtles but when I moved I gave them away to other turtle lovers. they go to move out of a tank they lived in with me and moved into a huge turtle pond with about 25 other turtles. I miss them and wish i didnt have to get rid of them but at least they went to a good home! I have had other pets too but those are my most recent ones.
