There is no 3-dimensional figure whose sides consist of 11 identical regular polygons - and if it's irregular, then there are any number of possible shapes, and most wouldn't have any special name. The generic name for them all is, as others have noted, "undecahedron".
A hendecagon would be a an 11-sided two-dimensional figure with identical sides. The three-dimensional version (with identical regular polygons as its 11 faces) would be called a hendecahedron, but as noted, it doesn't exist.

An 8-sided figure is an octahedron
A 12-sided figure is a dodecahedron
Following the same naming convention ...
Undecahedron.
However I need to add "if there were one". Regular polyhedra tend to have an even number of faces.
Of course you can always make an irregular one e.g. slice the top off a pentagonal dipyramid (see drawing) and make a 10-sided figure into an 11-sided figure but it would simply be one of many such botched efforts,

Anything ending in -agon would be a 2-dimensional figure.

Hendecahedron
hendeca - greek prefix for 11
hedron - indicates is 3 dimensional
The convention for naming polyhedra uses the greek prefix, not latin. Undeca is the latin prefix for 11. That aside you'll probably hear both hendecahedron and undecahedron used.
