Is it illegal in NYC for residents to shovel snow from their sidewalk into streets blocking a car in?

probably not. just shovel it back onto their frickn sidewalk. i hate when the city frickn blocks me in!!! i just thro the snow b ack out in2 the street for the plows 2 get. i dont block cars tho.
