Ummm, no, Like exfoliating, masques, etc. And in which order?

Step !- Cleansing.
Step 2- Toning. (This corrects the skin's pH levels so your third step can work properly.)
Step 3- Hydration. Make sure you pick a hydrating cream or lotion that fits your skin type. Putting a cream on oily skin can cause break outs, and putting an oil-free lotion on dry skin won[t provide enough moisture.
You can also apply intensive serums prior to your last step if you have one. Vitamin C serums are lovely and collagen serums are great for dry or older skin. Apply your serum before the final cream or lotion.

I would do it in this order:
hot water soaked washcloth laid on face (to open pores)
exfoliate
mask
splash of cold water (to close the pores)
