the reason is because most of the people do what other people do and say on any situation, like pretending be aceptable to others. it not my situation just asking.

Never have and never will let other people make my decisions. That is a sure recipe for an unhappy life. My thoughts have always been if I make a wrong decision I will pay the consequences and not have anyone else to blame. It has worked for me.

Good question. Most people think they have a mind of their own but they don't see how they appear to the world. The fact is, we are not that different than monkeys - we are pack animals, we gather in gangs and we are dependent upon each other. Not matter how independent or individualistic we think we are, we ALL desperately want to be accepted so we do what we think is acceptable by others.
Except for me, of course, who has a mind of his own! ;)

I have a mind of my own. I welcome suggestions,advises and opinions. I digested all these wisely and try my best to make a wise decision.

i've never felt the need to "fit" in...so i don't need to be "acceptable" to others. I do my own thing....always
