I got an HP Deskjet F300 All In One Scanner, Printer, Copier. I am trying to get it connected. Do I have to disconnect the HP Deskjet 3930 Printer that I already have??

Operating systems are designed to have multiple printers installed. If you will going use the old one, just keep it there, if not then remove it.

If you're asking whether there'll be a problem in printing regarding the type of printer to be used if in case you'll print a document. . . You just have to select it on the print dialogue box.

You don't need to disconnect your DeskJet 3930, but you have to install the drivers proper to your F300 in order to put it in operation.

No.
You can have two printers connected to your computer.
Just connect it and insert the CD if you have one. If you don't, plug it in and it should say "new stuff found" or something.
