WTF...they are an elite college program...No baseball or softball team but very well known for their excellent college football and basketball..Also we are probably top 3 in the country when it comes to hockey..We always have the best women's hockey teams and our mens won the championship last year..

No, no one has ever heard of the Wisconsin Badgers, a member of the Big Ten.
Wisconsin is the only Big Ten school that does not field a men's baseball team, but they do have a women's softball team.

Wisconsin dropped baseball in 1989 due to a budget crisis. It is now a club sport. Wisconsin has a softball team for women.
We also have sports in every other major Division 1 college sports.
I find your question odd though.

The University of Wisconsin's mascot is the Badger. All their teams (football, basketball, baseball, etc.) would have this name. So, yes I've heard of them and yes, they are a college team.
