You obviously haven't gutted any fish in your time. They don't have the same volume of blood that a person does, but they do bleed, nice normal carbon-based, real red blood.

They bleed cold red blood, not a great amount, I've found this out through fishing.

Fish bleed..... but if underwater i think you may not see them bleeding because the water pressure outside the fish is larger than the inside so maybe is because of that.... but i think they`ll bleed and the blood may dissolute uin water and may not be seen but in fact fish bleed... and a lot...... go fishing and see it yourself

Fish bleed, you probably just can't see it because their blood is mixed with the water when they swim. If you go to the market, you will see bloody fish out of water.

They do bleed but your Question was probably" Why doesn't it look they are bleeding"
I fish alot over here in TEXAS and well they do bleed just that their blood is somewhat dark and just looks like meat or somthing. I eat most of the fish I catch and when I cut their heads off you can see blood.

They do bleed especially if not handled right. They bleed internally. Where did you get the notion from that they don't bleed, it is red just like ours. Haven't you seen whales and dolphins being slaughtered in their masses.

they do my eil go stuck in a shell and it bleed and bleed in the end it died poor thing however he was getting better and had a scab!!
