Call you dad, he will know who to contact. I just went through this will my stepson, he wanted to live at my house and his dad's and not with his mom and step-father. You have to go to the local domestic relations office or call them and tell them you want to live with your dad. The only problem is you have to be a certain age is specific counties in order to state who you want to live with. I am in PA and the child has to be 12 yrs old to say who they want to live with. Go on google and search for domestic relations for your county and call them or call your dad. Good luck!

Ok, why do you hate living with your mom and step-father? and why your father is not keeping in touch with you? I don't mean to put more doubts in your mind, however as a mother of two teenagers! there is a reason for everything. Do you hate living with your mom because they are too strict? or does your stepfather is too abusive? If they are being too strict with you is it for your behavior or your grades or are they too demanding? try to go to your school counselor and talk to him or her, ask them for help. You only have two more years, try to finish your high school, get a part time job and save your money! so when you are actually 18 you will have the money to get your own place and you will have the job experience to get a better job. Just plan this in the right way! don't just move out and go to a maybe worse place. I wish you the best of luck!

I don't know nothin about Nebraska. But when I turned 17, I just moved outta my house and with my gf. That was nearly 2 years ago and I ain't regretted it in the least. I sorta miss bein back at home tho.
But u oughta contact your dad and see if he can work somethin out where u could go there if that's what u want.
As for anywhere else, I've heard of kids doing emancepation or somethin. I don't know about in the U.S. tho. U could probably check up on that at a courthouse.

Why, don't you just call your dad, and ask him, if you can stay with him. Unless your mother has full custody of. There isn't much you can do. But ,you could also, ask your mother, if you could spend the next 2 years ,with your dad. Your stepfather would have no say so in the matter.

If you are 13 or older, you have the right to choose weather you want to live with your Mom or Dad.
Call your Dad, He will be able to take care of this for you.

Tell them you want to study abroad. Get all papers you need to study abroad and it will be very interestng. You will get to mae friends, study a diferent language and know a diferent place, visit cities, etc.
I guess it will be fun and maybe solve your problem. Until you come back home, your parents will miss you and for sure would treat you better on your return.
Good luck

what's your dad's number? keep in mind that you are 16, in another year you can legally move out. in most states, at 16 you can decide who you live with. talk to you parents.
