i just started watching college basketball and i dont know what that means

First thing you do is get your bracket that has every team in the tournament listed.
You see that there is 1-16 "seeds" and there are 4 seeds in each number. (1 seed being the best 4 teams in the nation, down to the 16 seeds, who are the teams that barely made it in.)
Then you figure out who you think out of each game in the first round will probably win. (I'll give you a hint, the "1" seeds have never lost in the first round.)
Then you look at the second round, and see who you think will win that game, and advance them in your bracket.
And you keep doing that until there is one team left. Who is your ultimate champion.
