It is normal for your baby to imitate the sounds it hears.Don't get upset about it your baby isn't even close to being able to talk. Be glad your baby is hearing the sounds.

You've got to get PLENTY of video on this... Imagine when she's 16 and you really need good blackmail material... this tape will be PRICELESS!!
Really? This is a phase... by barking and growling, she's showing you how much she loves the dogs... just don't respond to her when she does this... and DO respond when she uses words or makes what you called "human" sounds... She will do more and more of what you reinforce to her... so if she's getting a reaction, she's not going to stop...

A dog should be trained on how to eat, walk with you, not to bark, potty training and sleep on its place etc. You can teach anything to your puppy, dogs get trained easily with some good instructions. If you want some good training tips visit https://tr.im/qadDG
If properly trained, they should also understand whistle and gesture equivalents for all the relevant commands, e.g. short whistle or finger raised sit, long whistle or flat hand lay down, and so on.
It's important that they also get gestures and whistles as voice may not be sufficient over long distances and under certain circumstances.

sounds like you child is developing normally. being around dogs a lot would confuse her but it will also be like a second language. Sometimes young children get the two confused but they will sort that out soon, around 9 months. In the mean time keep the dogs
they are part of your family too.

Try to make more sounds than the dogs:) Put in some videos or music to help drown the dogs out.

I WOULDN'T WORRY ABOUT IT TOO MUCH CAUSE SHE'S ONLY FOUR MONTHS OLD, BUT, IF IT DOESN'T STOP OR GET BETTER SOON, MAYBE YOU SHOULD KEEP HER AWAY FROM THE DOGS A LITTLE MORE AND AROUND OTHER PEOPLE AND CHILDREN MORE OFTEN.

They are learning from everywhere. Parents, animals, TV,etc.
It's a phase, they grow out of it.
