Hmm, you find yourself looking at someone new, or looking for someone new.
You feel comfortable meeting up with your ex, especially if they have someone new, and it doesn't reduce you to a blubbering mess.
You seem to have achieved a new normal.
You rarely think about your ex anymore.

I think you are ready to move on when you are able to remember the good and the bad about your ex, and you are possibly lonely, but not necessarily for him.
If you are not sure, there is no harm in going slow and testing the waters with one date.
Good luck to you, and I hope this helps! :)

We grieve a while, then realize, I want to do better than this with my life. You begin to notice that guys/ gals really are checking you out. You start taking an interest in living again.

Very likely. A break up is hard at first, but it is always possible to get over one.
