high school diploma and take the state mandated and approved real estate classes and pass the test. You can find out licensing info for your state on your state gov't site, go under licensing for real estate agents.

I'm sure things are different in the different States and/or Countries, but here in Ohio you need 120 hours of pre-licensing classes before you can sit for your Licensure Test.
The classes were in Real Estate Law, Finance, General Principles & Practices, and Appraisal.
Then once you past your Real Estate exam, you have to take a 10-hour Post Licensure class. And every third year you have to have completed 30 hours of Continuing Education to keep your license active.

None really just training in the field to pass state exams. You buy the material online then study take exams-pass then make money.
Call your state board on reality they'll mail the requirements.
Call your state don't waste money on other people get rich stories; save that money for courses and proper books for exam study. You need the core and reading get rich books isn't exam text ready. Good luck

read "rich dad poor dad" by Robert T. kiyosaki. he is one of the richest real estate in the world. his book is very inspiring, and motivating. He has more books and games on how to become rich.
