I would play it up in the other direction.

If you are still a virgin at 28 there are more problems than a ten inch penis - which I doubt you have anyway. I sure hope you haven't made a career of saying to girls right off that you have a large member. If you have likely that is the reason you are still a virgin is the fact that they regard you either as liar or a bragger. Just treat them nice and don't make like a bucking broncho when you get them into bed. Take it easy at first until they are able to handle your real 5 or 6 inch penis.

Don't tell them anything. I've never had a guy tell me the size of his penis before, small or large. The normal way a woman finds out the size of her partner is when she sees it for the first time in the course of having sex. Don't worry about it, nobody is going to call you a freak and leave.

It depends on the size of the woman's vagina. Someone petite may not be interested, due to a smaller one. Where a bigger framed women like myself, with a large vagina, would have no problem. I would even prefer a bigger penis.
