There are five H . The areas are proportionnal to the number of H

If you add all the area you find 100 divide by 5 =20
so in H the signal 20 comes from hydrogen in position para versus fluorine , and tere are two H on position meta and ortho

Sounds like the fluoro-benzene, if it has a series of short peaks all bunched together it is definetely your answer....this is do to the benzene H's properties....
