It depends on what you have, you might want to see if you mom or someone can watch the baby for awhile so you can rest, You are really vague on your question.......

Usually if your baby is small and if you nurse they pretty much are immune, If not then just be cautious, wash your hands, try to get help with the baby until you are better. If you have something other that cold, etc. Hopefully you have seen a doctor and they are aware that you have a baby and you can be put on medicine and they can give you some suggestions.

Short of completely avoiding your baby until you're better, there's not much you can do. Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze and wash your hands as much as possible.
