Depends on where it is. When my dog got hit by a skunk I ended up having to spray my whole house with this stuff called Approach. if you have treated hardwood floors, I'm not sure what will help other than replacing the floors, but this spray stuff I used is water-based so it's safe for anything that you can get water on, and it completely eliminates the odor in any surface it's absorbed into. Give it a shot it should help pretty much everywhere.
Good luck!

Cook up some tomato sauce. I swear it works. Years ago my cat had a very close encounter with a skunk and brought the smell all through my house. I washed the cat in tomato juice which totally eliminated the skunk odor on the cat. I DID THROW OUT THE OLD TOMATO JUICE I WASHED THE CAT IN and then cooked a fresh batch of tomato sauce. The odor disappeared from our home and we had friends in that evening for spaghetti dinner. We assured them as we told the story that we did throw out the tomato juice which the cat was washed in. After all, no true chef uses tomato juice for Italian spaghetti sauce, ever.

If the skunk sprayed on wood, the wood will have to be replaced. If it's just the odor from a nearby spray, time will take care of it. If the skunk was inside your home, it may take years even if you remove the affected wood.

Let me tell you, this hits home for me big time!!!!
I lived in the country a few years ago and a skunk got in my basement by tunneling from outside......It got trapped and let out its stink in the middle of the night and the furnace kicked on and it went through the whole home. It was so strong I thought I was going to pass out from the fumes. The smell ruined all my clothes, the carpet, appliances...everything! 6 months later and you could still smell it. The worst experience I have encountered. No cure if skunk let out stink in your home!

You can try vinegar and tomato juice if the fabric can handle it, but I'd recommend throwing any furniture out.
You could also try calling one those places that clean carpets and drapes. Maybe they can help.
Good luck.
