Hey man,I wish I knew the answer to that cause if I did then I would be the highest paid weatherman in the world. the wethermen of today cant tell the weather from day to day,they are always goofing things up and you want to know what kind of weather we ll get in the spring?Oh LOL give me a break! rubberstampr
