No but they did grow up together
They went to the same school, same wrestling school, Christian lived with Edge and his mother for a while
Christian, Edge, and Rhyno consider eachother brothers because they all grew up together

No, they just say that because they are really good friends the real brothers I know are Bret hart and Owen hart, and Jeff hardy and Matt hardy.
