I was moving cars around so people could get out, and I accidentally bumped into her car. There is no damage at all to either car. Should I keep it a secret?

it isnt a secret there is no damage so it would be like if you bumped a stranger in a parking lot with a cart and there was no damage are you going to run through the store trying to find the person. just let it go. move on

You don't have to say anything, and if your sis does, just tell your wife that you saw no sense in mentioning it, since there was no damage to either car.

If there is not damage at all and her sister is ok with it then do not worry about it. I fyou feel you need to tell someone then do so so that your conscince is clear and it would not be your wife you should tell it should be her sister. Good luck to you.
