it isnt a secret there is no damage so it would be like if you bumped a stranger in a parking lot with a cart and there was no damage are you going to run through the store trying to find the person. just let it go. move on

If there is not damage at all and her sister is ok with it then do not worry about it. I fyou feel you need to tell someone then do so so that your conscince is clear and it would not be your wife you should tell it should be her sister. Good luck to you.
