Try saline solution. It's the best remedy because any of the over the counter 12 hour nasal sprays can cause you to be addicted to using them.
You can make your own saline at home,, its easy. Follow the link I placed and check it out. It works great!

Afrin. Definately. But make sure you get the one that moisturizes, since you do have a DRY stuffy nose!

use a humidifier. If you don't have one, I always turn the shower on full blast and shut the door for a couple minutes. Then go in, shut the door, Voila! Natural steam room. It really helps clear it up. Also, rub vic's vapor rub below your cheek bones.
Or, put a folded wet wash cloth in the microwave for about 20 seconds. Take it out and hold it over your nose. Helps get's moisture in there and the steam helps temporarily clear you up.

You can use a saline spray and if you are prone to nosebleeds you can coat the inside of your nostrils with vaseline.

you could go to your doctor and get a perscription nasa spray or go to like a CVS or Wallgreens and get the Ocean brand nasal spray it works really well!
